In fact, Mitsubishi, one of our largest automotive customers, has honored us as a "Zero Defect Supplier" for several years.
All parts produced by PDI are inspected for quality before they go out the door, so that you can be confident your parts will arrive on time and without any defects.
Check Fixtures
When precision is the utmost of importance, PDI will make check fixtures to test the fit and function of your parts. These fixtures are made on our state-of-the-art CNC machines and verified by an independent company. The check fixtures make it possible to verify the alignment of holes, check for warpage, and measure many elements that cannot be accomplished with a set of calipers or micrometer alone.
